The conference will be held at Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Clark Student Center, 3410 Taft Boulevard, Wichita Falls, Texas.  Use the map with legend to locate the event area (held in Building #14).  Registration and check in will be in the foyer.

Registration includes admission to events, meals, and sessions.  All participants, presenters and attendees, must pay the conference registration fee.  If attendees wish to bring a guest to the reception and dinner, cost is noted below.  Check-in will be located in the Clark Student Center. 



Business casual attire is appropriate for conference sessions, as well as the reception and awards dinner.


A light snack will be provided on Thursday afternoon.  On Thursday evening, dinner will be served at the awards dinner.  A light breakfast and box lunches will be available on Friday.  All meal and break events must have a RSVP reply at the time of registration.  No extra meals will be available.

TSAHP does not have a host hotel for the conference. However, there are several hotels with reasonable rates in the area.



Abstracts from this meeting’s poster and platform presentations will be found in these conference proceedings and may be viewed on this web page after the conference. Faculty and student poster presentations are now available for viewing.
